<output> enchancement

blank2 StationeryI would like to suggest to enhancments to the <output>
element currently defined as:

<output
  (single node binding attributes)
>
  <!-- empty content -->
</output>

1. Allow for a Caption child element.  All other Form Controls allow for one
and the asymmetry causes a lot of exception coding.
2. In addition to the "ref" attribute provided through the Single Node
Binding Attributes, a Value child element would constant value to be output.
