Chapter 3.1

The first paragraph in Chapter 3.1 needs to be reworded, in my view.

It is claimed "The XForms specification is an application of XML ...". In my 
view it would be better phrased as "XForms is an application of XML ..." or 
"The XForms language is an application of XML ....".

As a matter of fact the XForms specification is an application of English, 
not XML. :)

At the end of Line 2 replace "this specification" with "XForms".
