I would like to suggest that some attention be given to improving integration between the Abstract and Chapter 2.1. This relates slightly to an issue I raised, in relation to the previous Working Draft. The Abstract refers to data model / instance data / user interface. Chapter 2.1 refers to Purpose / Presentation / Data. Since both these parts are intended to be introductory I suggest that clarity and coherence is highly desirable. I am unclear how closely these two presentations are supposed to match. I assume that "user interface" and "Presentation" map one to one but what about the others? It remains unclear to me what purpose (sorry for the pun) the Purpose heading serves. The purpose of "Purpose" is, in my view, uniformly "data collection" and the "Data" head provides the answer to the question "What data are we collecting this time?". I am still of the view that the "Purpose" heading is largely redundant and has, if anything, a slightly negative effect on clarity. Andrew Watt
