The latter part of 3.3.3 refers very specifically to seven of the 10 attributes allowed in XSLT 1.0 on the xsl:output element. It seems that having mentioned seven it would be sensible to mention the other three - method, standalone, and media-type for completeness. For example, I assume the xforms:submission standalone attribute should be considered the equivalent of the xsl:output standalone attribute but with xsd:boolean replacing yes/no, but that isn't stated.
