XForms WD 20020821 - 2.1 Silly Example?

I have a hazy recollection that I may have raised this before, but how on an 
electronic commerce form can anyone pay "by cash"?

Perhaps a choice between paying on account or using credit card would be more 
realistic? Or between debit card and credit card? That would require only 
minor adjustment to the figure and text.

It seems to me that the example needs to be redrafted to remove the dubious 
possibility of paying by cash over the Internet.
