...It is undisputed that inhalation of nuclear radiation causes thyroid cancer.

.....It is undisputed, according to the American Thyroid Association and FDA,
 that "Potassium Iodide", acting as a thyroid blocking agent, provides safe and 
effective clinical benefit from the  inhalation of nuclear radiation.

...It is undisputed that "Potassium Iodide", which costs  $1.00 per day per child, 
is used daily by hospital physicians & radiologists treating cancer patients.

...It is our opinion that every American should have an adequate supply of 
"Potassium Iodide" it in their homes as an option to prevent thyroid cancer 
caused by nuclear inhalation.

...It is undisputed that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) mandates & inventories
 "Potassium Iodide" for nuclear workers, physicians, and executives.

...It is undiputed that the NRC does not provide "Potassium Iodide" for the general public
located near nuclear facilities....Only for emergency workers, physicians, and executives.

....It is undisputed that there are over 300,000,000 (million) Americans living in the US today.

...It is undisputed that is a severe scarcity of "Potassium Iodide" the USA today.  

....Please email us at the address below to boycott the scarcity of "Potassium Iodide"
created by the NRC's public policy  ten years ago.

...Inventory for all Americans is necessary to to acheive a compelling federal interest of radiation 
protection & prevention.
 
...It is undisputed that over two thousand European children
 developed Thyroid cancer in the aftermath of the "Chernobyl" nuclear accident, 
causing millions of dollars of economic and non-economic damages 
including medical treatment & equipment costs,  loss of life,
loss of wages, pain & suffering, and loss of consortium from loved ones.

...The use of "Potassium Iodide"($1.00 per day for 30 days) would have
 prevented 99% of these damages.  

...Recognizing this, the American Thyroid Association, along with various other Nuclear
 Physicians, petitioned the the US House of Representitives for a referundum calling 
for mandatory inventory levels of Potassium Iodide, in case of an emergency. 

...The initiative, however,  failed to pass a majority vote because the Nuclear 
Regulatory Commission advised "Potassium Iodide" inventory only for
 nuclear workers, nuclear physicians, and nuclear executives.

..The ones most at risk.

..Not for the general public.

... The future problem for US citizens, in terms of recovery for loss of life and 
other damages caused by radiation,  is that the common law
Constitutional doctrine of "Soveriegn Immunity", in conjuction with the common law 
 "public duty doctrine", holds that our government "owes no duty to protect its 
citizens from the tortious acts of third parties during times of war".

..Which means that Americans will not be able to recover the damages that
 result from  nuclear radiation.

..It is undisputed that there are 101 nuclear facilities in the US. 

...Boycott the NRC today  by signing our petition and help us regulate 
"Potassium Iodide" for the general public. 

..This is your chance to prevent grave harm.
