A question

hi,
     I have such a question about the www4mail: I want to down load some
article, it need the username and the password, I have seen the help file, and
know using the username:passwd@site to get such file, but the problem is it use
the mail address as it's password, my username like this: yyy@y.com, I have
tried to send requestion like this yyy@y.com:pass@y.com/....., but I received a
refused, I want to know how can I get the right article?Thanks.
