Unable to obtain mp3's neither by dowwnload nor my email

Dear sirs,

as the direct download didn't work for me I tried to request mp3's by email.
For several reqquests I'm always getting:

Error 403  - Forbidden - Access to requested page/site is forbidden
 Unable to get vaild HOSTNAME for 212.16.27.9

What do I need to gain access?
