Bug with XFORMREPLY=TEXT on www4mail@wm.ictp.trieste.it

Same with other pages on that site. It's an error - really the pages
aren't empty. Both other www4mail servers give normal reply to same
request, in particular:

But only <www4mail@wm.ictp.trieste.it> supports cookies used on
that site.

All three www4mail servers normally reply to request for same page
by the XSOURCE command without the XFORMREPLY command.
But XFORMREPLY=TEXT is more convenient for people who accmail
not via SMTP/SLIP whose mailers aren't integrated with browsers.
