What has happened with WWW4MAIL@WM.ICTP.TRIESTE.IT ?? Has it SHUT DOWN?

Hello www4mai Administrations,

I am received FATAL ERRORS for all my requests having been sent to
        www4mail@wm.ictp.trieste.it
for last 6 days !!!!
        What has happened with this server???
Maybe it has SHUT DOWN his operation? If YES,please,send me alternative
www4mail address.(Only FREE service).
Emails to Clement Onime <onime@wm.ictp.trieste.it> also returned as FATAL ERROR.
Is he alive ??? :(((  He was so amicable guy...     :((((
