Bug report

Many times i submit the get document from the browser the server automaticaly adds the words 3D with the address and then gives me the erro of page not found.....

not the one containing word 3D in the address.

and when i myself submit again the address given below then it works fine


i am facing this problem from my times.

please sort it out
