Dear Celia, The following will help 1. try to turn off sending the mail as html when making request to www4mail. If you cannot do that then try to place a command before your request Example XGET Url... XGET Url... 2. For the future if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer and you discover that the Get Selected DOcument(s) button is now working then try to place the command XBYJS before your requests.
