Dear
www4mail does not allow access to sites by IP addresses. 
Usually www4mail would attempt to convert the IP address to the right
hostname and if it fails then the attenpt is denied.

In your case, this is probably what happened - there is no
INTERNET hostname associated with 202.54.124.18.
