mail error - server dead for 4 days?

Hi;

the other day I got two mail error messages related to some pages I had
requested  (bellanet.org) and never got here. The strange thing is that I
sent out 4 request messages (3+1) about the same time - 2 went through and
2 did not.

Here are the messages, I hope you can understand what went wrong.

Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but
it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not
have a mail system running right now.

Host web.bellanet.org is not responding.
