What is going on?

Hi

My name is Husain Al-umran. I some times get files by email - this email
account is for brother. but lately when I sent to get file (Display
adapter, Printer  or sound) driver(s), Audio Free ware program or trail
one I just get only one part, some of them but not all of until I
re-request getting the rest by part. What is happening there ? Please
tell me.
