One you did not say which of the www4mail server you are using and also,
you did not look into each document that you received.

Okay, I tried and got back different results (I got the Clickable Forecast
for MAYES COUNTY).

NOTE: www4mail cuts off everything after a ? sign when filling in the
subject line or message body because 
The line may contain characters that may cause indigestion on some mail
servers. The line may be too long or may contain sensitive information
such as login name and password(s) which you don't want to expose to
anyone.

So, please try to view the returned HTML attachments and confirm that they
do not contain what you wanted.
