(unknown charset) Reporting a bug (may be a bug)

Dear Sir,
  Hi. It's about one month I am using www4mail and  have found the service
excellent. Recently I requested about 7 web pages , but
unfortunately the "GET SELECTED DOCUMENTS" doesn't response to
my click. Also the search command boxes on the modified pages(by www4mail)
don't work. So since it's a modified page, I can get none of links on
received page.
To make it more clear to you, I've attached the page I requested for you.
Please. (This problem mostly happens to requests from www4mail@web.bellanet.org)
let me know what is the problem and how I can solve it.
  I'm using win95/ IE 4
