WWW4-mail problem

Hi,
I've a problem when downloading the abstracts of some biological Online
magazines. (for example
http://www.pnas.org/cgi/content/abstract/96/14/8028). Generally I receive
truncated the attached file with the html document. When I used
wwwmail@bnl.gov it never happen. What should I do?
