Dear Peter, Using the tsource option - you get the HTML unmodifed source code only.. Within the HTML source code are the image links things like <IMG and co. You may choose to request for the URL they refer to.. www4mail does not make any modifications to the HTML source when obeying reqeusts like tsource and source, so commands like XIMAGE are ignored. XIMAGE support can be explained as follows: Normally www4mail assumes that as an e-mail only user, you would not want <IMG image tags, and it removes them (note TAGS). However by using the XIMAGE option you are requesting www4mail to convert the <IMG tag to <A normal link tags and then they become available to you as links you can request for. This option only works with xget, xsource, get and send. For a completely text only solution, the get or send commands can also include links to the images as part of the text dump of a HTML page, while xget or xsource will send a modified HTML source code.. Finally, www4mail supports an option called GETPS, which will try to do an image dump of a HTML page and return to you a Postscript Attachment (usually a large file) which you can view with a postscript viewer such as ghostview.
