This thing's giving me problems in downloading from Waqas Khalid on 1999-12-18 (www-email-discuss@w3.org from December 1999)

I downloaded a some drivers from http://www.acerperipherals.com/ss_download/Acer98_zip.001 to http://www.acerperipherals.com/ss_download/Acer98_zip.012

but the file is corrupted and i cannot open it, if this thing has something to do with the mail system, then please fix it, otherwise , tell me what I should do?
