forbidden 403

I just started useing this wonderful survice and got so far 12 pages and
suddenly on the last page I got the forbidden 403 message, I read about it
in the help file, but it said it will come up if you exeed the limit of
300 pages, witch I have 288 left of them, and i got the message when i
asked for a page i go to a lot(when i had internet acsses) but it said i
dont have permission to get to it! so please tell me what it wrong and 
if that means a cant use the survice.
