Possible bug

Dear Sirs:

I wish report to you a possible bug that I found in the html documents that
I have requested by your gateway.
The mentioned documents arrived as attached documents in e-mails that your
gateway sends to me. When I select any check-box (in this html documents)
for request a new link, my mail application starts automatically to be
sended to the gateway address. But the main body remains empty, instead of
be filled with the link URL.
Is this a bug or have I missunderstand the operation procedures?
