Need Solution

Dear Sir;

I try to retrieve UNMODIFIED HTML by using TSOURCE command and receive the
answer e-mail with attachment. 
But while I click the attachment, the answer is UNABLE TO OPEN ATTACHEMNT,
INCOMPLETE OR MISSING ASSOCIATION FOR FILE.
Please inform why and how to solve the problem.
