Dear Lorenzo, Microsoft Internet Explorer has a history of not being able to send mails. The latest version of www4mail has a work around specifically for such browsers only if they support JavaScript. To use this new option specify XBYJS on a line by itself before your requested URL. Example XBYJS http://www.ictp.trieste.it OKAY: The next time that you click the "Get selected document(s)" button. The browser will open the mail program as usual but it should have filled in the subject and if it does not then kindly cut all the characters starting from the ? sign from the to address and paste it into the Subject field. And send the message with the empty body. You should receive your reply with the requested pages. Let us know how it goes... ;-) Thanks Clement
