The final release (V1.0) of the Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL) is now available from the ODRL web site: <http://odrl.net/> Significant enhancements have been included in this release to meet the requirements outlined by MPEG and other stakeholders. ODRL V1.0 has also been submitted to MPEG as a candidate technology for its proposed Rights Data Dictionary and Rights Expression Language.
