intent to participate

Reed Elsevier intends to participate in the Workshop on DRM (Jan. 22-23,
Sophia Antipolis, France). The intended participant is myself, Jeff Honious,
who is the Reed Elsevier representative to the W3C Advisory Committee. Our
position paper will be submitted by Dec. 14th (no abstract available at this
time).
