Issue build.xml - DOM 2 Core - ECMAScript test file locations

It appears that the DOM 2 Core build instructions place the test files 
for ECMAScript in an incorrect location build/level2/core/tests rather 
than build/level2/core/ecmascript/tests

I propose the following change:
