First draft of DOM Level 3 XPath TS

I committed in the repository a first draft of the test suite for DOM
Level 3 XPath. It seems to compile fine with Java, and ran the tests in
Mozilla 1.3.

These files will work as a starting point for the DOM Level 3 XPath TS.
