HTMLOptionsCollection tests

I've just added the tests for the HTMLOptionsCollection interface
to the HTML Level 2 DOMTS(HTMLOptionsCollection01-07).

Also I've corrected the subject element information
for the following tests:
HTMLCollection02,06,11
HTMLFormElement02
HTMLTextAreaElement11
