SV: Early XSLT's

Hi

I also realized this when demoing them to the WG

I did some work on the plane back from Portland, where we had the DOM WG
face to face and will send comments when I wrap the comments up properly.

Yes, I realize that they were incomplete.  I'd like to 
tighten them up this week.  Do you mind if we help 
modify them?
