[publication] Device Independent Authoring Language

The W3C Device Independence working group is glad to announce the
publication of the first working draft of the 
Device Independent Authoring Language (DIAL) specification.

DIAL is a XML language based on XHTML2, XForms, CSS and DISelect
markup.  It is designed as an language which is simple for content
authors to write, as well as for adaptation engines to transform, for
rendering on variety of browsers on desktop computers, mobile phones,
etc.
