This workshop is a follow up of the workshop on the same theme held at 
ETSI on the 21st of October 2004, but it's for everyone, not only those 
who attended the first one.
When: 09:00 the 22nd March (registration from 08:30) until 12:30 on 23rd 
March.
Where: ETSI Headquarters, Sophia Antipolis, France, Hermes meeting room,

Who should attend: manufacturers, service creators, service providers 
and standards developers
Fee: There is no fee for attending the workshop. This project is funded 
by EC/EFTA.
