Dear All, The Internet Draft draft-hjelm-http-cnhttp-scenarios-00.txt (easiest found at http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-hjelm-http-cnhttp-scenarios-00.txt) has just been published by the IETF. It describes the use of a header for profile and related information in HTTP, and gives some scenarios. The intent is that this header in HTTP, which can be used to transport capabilities and profile information (in much the same way as the CC/PP exchange protocol already does), will eventually get it onto the IETF standards track. I welcome your review, and any comments for changes etc. Please remember, though, that this is a draft and will undergo substantial changes before it (hopefully) becomes an RFC. As this is an open discussion, please send your review comments to the www-ccpp-protocols@w3.org list, which is also archived at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ccpp-protocol/ Johan -- ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Johan Hjelm Nippon Ericsson KK, Ericsson Research Applications Research Group Read more about my recent book at http://www.wireless-information.net +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
