PeopleNet / Ubimarks

The following paper on open rating systems (from R. Guha)

describes in section 9 a "PeopleNet" system based on a "Recommend Links"
list, organized by topics. 

This looks very much related to the Ubimark project:
http://www.annotea.org/mozilla/ubi.html
and I think it would be interesting to see how the two projects could
work together.
