Hello,
If 'figure 1' and 'figure 2' are images, you should have a structure
that looks like:
<ol>
<li>point 1
<p><img alt="figure 1" src="path to figure 1" /></p>
</li>
<li>point 2</li>
<li>point 3
<p>some text</p>
<p><img alt="figure 2" src="path to figure 2" /></p>
</li>
<li>point 4</li>
</ol>
