Save in Documents Folder by defaults

Hello,

I use Amaya on Mac with students. By defaults, Amaya save the pages in
/Users/student or it's not correct on Mac to save in this place. So i want
that Amaya, by defaults, save in /Users/student/Documents.

Is it possible
