Summary: Tabs misbehave when opening repeated links. Reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Paste a link in a tab (if using the home page link [1], one may simply copy it and skip to 3); 2. Press Enter; 3. Create a new tab; 4. Paste link used in 1 into the new tab address; 5. Press Enter. Expected results: New tab opens pasted link. Actual results: Previous tab is selected. No navigation is performed in new tab. Additional Information: By the experienced behavior suggests that tab manager uses URI as unique identifier. This may not be a good approach for several reasons: * One may open same link to perform later processing (for example, for navigating to a children page afterwards); * Often, same URIs correspond to different content (in session-based navigation and other non-REST approaches); * One may simply want to open same link twice (why not?). Version: amaya 10 (Feb 26 2008). Operating System: Windows XP SP2. Regards, Helder Magalhães [1] http://www.w3.org/Amaya/User/New.html
