Bruno, I'd like to second your request. I'm building an application in SVG and felt compelled to include html forms. Primarily because there is no simple and easy to implement authoring method for simple forms as xforms. Secondarily due to lack of support, however this is a less significant issue. regards Jonathan Chetwynd j.chetwynd@btinternet.com http://www.peepo.com/ +44 (0) 20 7978 1764 On 3 Mar 2008, at 12:07, bruno pennec wrote: Hello, I saw that there is non Xforms support planned in 2006. Now, in 2008 : - Xforms 1.0 is released, Xforms 1.1 will be available soon - Firefox would have Xforms support in next major version - It's time to leave old HTML forms to prevent strange usages of HTML like with AJAX... But, ... there is any good editor to build forms. this prevents Xforms adoption even if Xforms solve many limits of web applications Have you got considered this again in new amaya roadmap ? thank you, bruno
