Re: SVG: (SVG 1.1) arcs sensible to zoom level

Additionally, this issue also seems to be causing a freeze when
zooming in. This was found while trying to isolate another issue for
submission:

Release number:
amaya 10 (Feb 12 2008)

Platform:
Windows XP SP2

Description of the bug:
A freeze (with high CPU usage) occurs when the document is zoomed in
several times. The number of zoom operations needed to freeze the
application varies with the arc used (different arcs freeze the
application in different zoom levels).

Example to reproduce the bug:
1. Open attachment "arcs-zoom-in.svg";
2. Zoom the document in seven times (using Ctrl+"+", for example).

Additional notes:
The previous attachment ("arcs-control-vectors.svg") only freezes at
the eighth zoom in operation: this suggests a possible overflow which
is dependent on the arcs' control vectors.
