Amaya 9.99-4 WinXP possible bug: previous target is shown when creating a link

Hi,

In Amaya WinXP 9.99-4, if the user creates a target and then he/she
wants to create a link, the created target is the default value of the link.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document. For example:
   <p>Target</p>
   <p>Link</p>

2. Select the first paragraph (using F2) and create a target (Ctrl+l+t)
   <p id="Target">Target</p>
   <p>Link</p>

3. Select the "Link" word (using the mouse) and crete a link (Ctrl+l+l).
The "#Target" text is shown in the Link dialogue window.

I am not sure if it is a bug or a new feature :-), but I would say that
previous versions of Amaya showed a blank dialog.

I do not like the new behaviour. If the user wants to link to the most
recent created target, there is the "Link to previous target" menu
option to do it.
