Patch : 64 bits FTBFS

Hi,

Building Amaya 9.54 on my 64 bits machine yesterday, it failed in
thotlib/base/containers.c
The attached patch makes the build work again, simply adding or fixing a
couple of casts.

I also noticed that, in Makefile.in, the line
$(THOTDIR)/libjpeg/Makefile.in \
is duplicated (see around line 230).
By the way, with the removal of support for the GTK+ version, do you also
plan to remove the libjpeg, libpng and zlib code from the distributed
package ? I believe it's not needed anymore.
