I guess Thomas means that when the insertion point is in the middle of a <dd>, a first Enter creates a <p> that contains the end of the dd, a second Enter creates an other <dd> but doesn't remove this <p>. It's what I saw with the structure view opened. But I don't know if it easy to fix as a dt/dd structure is more difficult to manage than a li.
