thank you for your report.

http://www.peepo.co.uk fails the validator because it includes RDF  
and the validator cannot currently validate mixed namespaces.
another may improve on this explanation.

to view SVG files you will need the webkit version of safari: http:// 
nightly.webkit.org/
Opera and Mozilla are SVG native browsers.

FWIW http://www.peepo.com passes OK at http://validator.w3.org/

http://www.peepo.co.uk fails

Using Safari.app 2.0.4 some links go to the intended outside  
destination,
others just download to me an xml headed svg file, 30kB
containing all the icons.
