(In theory it is possible that Amaya has a virus, but unlikely in my experience. It is also (very slightly more) possible that you have got a corrupted version with a virus in it - as far as I know there is no way to check this since there is no checksum/signature of the Amaya binaries. But again, it strikes me as unlikely...)
