bug: second view cannot be removed

Hello,

it seems that the part of the window which shows a structure view, source view 
or similar cannot be hidden.  There is no corresponding entry in the View 
menu nor there seems to be another possibility to realize this.  So once I 
opened a structure view or similar, it is not possible to tell Amaya that it 
has to show only the normal view.

Amaya version: 9.2.2
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 aka sarge
Platform: i686 PC
