Tables: Border spacing, cell padding and calculating widths

Amaya 9.2.1

Border spacing of tables always get the most right space (between 
the most right cell and the table border) 5px less than specified:

When border spacing and cell padding specified > 0, cells overlap 
and the overall table width is not calculated properly:
