CSS parsing breaks with @ in comments ("Invalid selector")

Hi,

In Amaya 9.2 a CSS parsing error is reported ("Invalid selector") if the
CSS comments contain an '@' symbol.

This occurs when the CSS is contained in the HTML file or an external
file.
