Amaya-9.0-WinXP can't view Japanese hypertext.

Hello,

I run Amaya at Japanese Windows 2000sp4.
 Binary Releases Amaya-9.0-WinXP can't view 
Japanese hypertext (html4, xhtml1.1).
It Japanese text indication on the appearance 
seems to be a blank.

 And, Japanese textbook can be indicated in 
amaya-WinXP-8.7.1.
