Amaya 9.0pre2 WinXP possible bug: "Style > Character style" and other menus do work?

Hi,

In Amaya 9.0 pre 2 several Style menu options do nothing:
- Style > Character style
- Style > Colors
- Style > Format

If these options do not work because they are available in the Tools window,
perhaps these options should be removed from the menu, as the Attributes
menu has been removed.

I would prefer the dialogue windows opened like in Amaya 8.7 and I would
prefer the Attributes menu has not disappeared, but this is a matter of
taste, I suppose.
