AmayaWX 9.0pre WinXP bug: Position of elements in Preferences dialog window

Hi,

In Amaya 9.0 pre WinXP, the elements in the Preferences dialog 
window are too high and they overlap with tabs as it can be seen 
in the following image:


This problem makes changing from tab to tab a little bit annoying.

By the way, the title of groups are difficult to read (see "Access keys"
in the image).
